I do not accept returns or issue refunds for purchases. However, if your artwork arrives damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your art. To initiate the resolution process, kindly provide clear photos of the damaged artwork and its packaging to kendrataylorart@outlook.com. We will then work together to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund for the damaged item.
